about

In the year 1992, the Soviet film director Konstantin Lopushansky was hired by MGM, Aeroflot, and Arthur C. Clarke to direct the third instalment in the Space Odyssey film series. With the USSR having just come out of a massive economic depression, Lopushansky jumped at the chance to hire an established composer for his new work.

After a rigorous selection process, Lopushansky hired [REDACTED] to compose the score for "2061: Odyssey Three". [REDACTED] supposedly worked with many Western bands, as well as using themes from the previous films.

The moment of premiere arrived. While no KGB agents were present at the premiere, unconfirmed reports soon flooded in of the disappearance of the main cast: Keir Dullea, reprising his role as Dave Bowman; Tom Hanks, a debutant playing the son of Dr. Heywood Floyd; and Natalya Guseva, a beautiful young actress known for romantic comedies.

The bodies were soon found. Keir Dullea's corpse was found face-up, staring at the ceiling. Hanks's body was propped in a standing position in a nearby warehouse. Guseva's cadaver was found, flayed, in [REDACTED]'s bedroom. All three were smiling grotesquely, and had impossible amounts of blood pouring from their ear canals.

The film was soon cancelled by MGM and Aeroflot. [REDACTED], while taken into custody, somehow escaped. The following is a cassette tape rip of the soundtrack, taken in as evidence by police soon after the premiere.
